Your day to day contributions:
- Using your detail-oriented mindset to accurately enter in customer orders using a 10 key board.
- Comparing written orders with what is entered into database to ensure accuracy
- Answering customer questions on tracking and any other issues
What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year of professional experience in an office setting
- Professional phone demeanor
- Ability to type 45 words per minute (This will be tested as part of the interview process)
- Medical terminology knowledge a plus!
